What is Living Word Lutheran Women (LW2)? All women that have an interest are invited to meet with the Women's Group once a month for a social, strengthening, sharing morning. We have brunch, have a small Bible Study, and share ideas and plan projects or special missions. Please be a part of this group! There are no attendance requirements, and no assignments -unless you volunteer. |

LW2 and LWMS Our ladies group has joined LWMS (Lutheran Women's Missionary Society). We have received a membership packet and a power point presentation about the CARE program. If you would like to see these materials talk to Becky.

Announcements:
Calling Chain: The Living Word Lutheran Women are organizing a call chain to help church members in need of meals during illness or a death in the family. All who wish to participate, please write your name and phone number and best time to reach you on the sign up sheet in the front entryway. We would like to get a least 20-25 names in the chain, because we realize not everyone will be able to participate every time. After the list is completed we will give more instructions as to the call chain process. We are also looking for people willing to keep a casserole soup, pies, etc, in their freezers to have on hand when needed. If you have any questions please call Jeannie Blackwell. |

Altar Paraments |

Wilma Van Ryn is willing to make some more altar paraments with the appropriate colors for the different seasons of the church year. She is wondering if anyone would like to donate money for the cost of the fabric. She estimates that total cost for each pair will be between $50-75. If you're interested, please contact Wilma. |
